Zoom Drain

Lack of communication. We called to get an estimate for our drains on Friday and had an appointment scheduled following Tuesday between 10 am - 12pm. No one showed. I gave an hour grace period before calling the office to see what was going on. I was told let me call you back and see what is going on with our tech. No call back, the. At 1:30p I received a call from a different company stating that Zoom Drain passed my information on to them. After I finished my call with the new company I tried to call Zoom Drain back and instead of taking my call the office hung up on me. Update: David the GM has contacted me. He has given an apology and plans to correct our missed appointment.

Had an issue pop up on Saturday evening, and was able to schedule Zoom for a Sunday morning service call. Jake showed up at the promised time, was very courteous, and helped me confirm my initial diagnosis of the problem. Jake was awesome! Giving 4⭐️ only because we weren’t able to fix the problem. Unfortunately, the service I required (grinder pump replacement) was outside of the scope of the services Zoom could handle. Would call again if I had a smaller/simpler problem I couldn’t fix on my own.

Jacob did an Amazing Job fixing my Sump Pump/drainage issue that has been plaguing me for months. He diagnosed the problem quickly and worked just as fast to get it fixed. So happy with the results, thanks Jacob

Zoom Drain was very professional, timely, and knowledgeable. Their referral to Michigan Waste prior to our drain work was great. Our tech, Jake was hard working and explained all clearly what he was doing, options, etc. I highly recommend them.

Jacob and his partner did awesome! They were here and tried the cheapest way to fix my plugged sink first which I very, very, very much appreciate. When that didn’t work, we had to snake which was still very fairly priced and they did an excellent job. Will definitely be calling again next time I need plumbing help. Thank you!

I would recommend them highly to friends, family and even strangers I've came across if they needed a plumber. Wyatt was very thorough, kind and professional. He definitely knows what he's doing and seems to enjoy what he does in the field. They (Wyatt & Travis) fixed our plumbing problem effectively and communicated as a team. To start let me just say that Wyatt and Travis were amazing! Our time was initially scheduled for later in the day, however they'd finished a job in our area and asked if they could come sooner. Once here, they evaluated the situation, assessed what was necessary to solve my issue and before I knew it, they had made all repairs with lightning speed. They were thorough, fairly priced and clean working. We will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks guys!

I needed an emergency plumber that day and this company was not only super compassionate, but also had an opening the day I needed it. I called many other companies who claim to handle “emergency” cases, but the earliest appointment I could have gotten was in five days. Wyatt was incredibly helpful! He was very thorough with his explanation in pricing and options behind solutions. He explained what would happen with each option and the effects it would produce (how long it would last, what would need to happen down the road, etc.) Very thorough. He was able to solve our issue so easily and I’m so glad I called this company! I will be keeping this company in mind for the future.
